OK here"s the deal with the Beer you tell the campground what you want and how many kegs to have on hand and they will have it. IF you go with BUD or BUD light they will have them on hand and you can pay for what you get when you get it. IF YOU want anything else MILLER LIGHT for eg.you have to guarantee with cash in advance, that you will pay for all that they have on hand weather you drink it or not open it or not. Last year they had 3 kegs for us and it was something like $150 + tax each. I put the first keg on my card and took the first $102.00 out of the donation can, somebody put in a $2 bill and I still have that tucked away in my wallet, Bootie, Kat&Turtle, and some others assured me they pitch in enough to cover the first keg and I wouldn't be left hanging, THANKS Guys. the next keg was paid for out of the beer donation can and we drew just enough to pay for it. when it was all said and done I think I had to throw in another $4 and change to make up the tax so we did pretty good I will be glad to let anyone who feels they can do better step up and take charge of the beer. but it's pretty nice to have basswood deliver it to the tapp. I'll talk to em again this year and see if anything has changed. I'll do the same as last year put up the first $50 and have cold beer there thurs. night. but I can't afford to pre pay for 1 let alone 2-3 kegs and get left hanging
let me know what you guys want to do

As long as I don't have to deal with the beer myself I'm happy to put up the money for the first keg out of the rally funds as long as whoever is in charge get's it back to me before I have to pay for food on Friday night.

I was happy with the way it was last year and am in again this year. I'm good with the Bud Light deal (in stock and delivered) and since we don't have to pre order it may be the way to go. As far as brand I don't care as long as it's cold.
As far as I'm concerned it went perfectly last year and will be happy to chip in again.
Hell I might even come on in on Thursday this year.

They don't routinely keep kegs on hand of any brand. you have to pre order what you want. Guarantee you'll pay weather you open it or not. However last year since we went with Bud Light( they wont do this with any other brand cause theydon't know when someone will buy it) they let me order 3 with only a guarantee to pay for two. I have to talk to the mnger about bonfire wood, reserve my cabin, and I'll check on the beer deal in the next couple of weeks and I'll let ya know what I find out.
only have to give them a firm order a couple of weeks in advance so we have time to figure out what we want we need to have a pretty good Idea who/how many sign up has signed up. I can't imagine needing less than 2, but maybe I'm optamistic. Hopefully I'm selling us short.

I will plan on talking to them in the next couple of weeks to firm things up on what they are doing / willing to do this year. I probably won't need nothing in advance, but thanks guys it's worth a lot for the offer. Erica what's your best guese on attendance this year, I know it's rough but I'm thinkin probably not more than last year at just under 50. We really need to work on promoting things and getting some new folks in and bringing back some of the older guys

I know of one previous attendee that will be returning this year. Hey Kyle, I don't know this to be fact but on the XL forum it was stated that there are only a couple of cabins left. I just thought you would like to know.

I may have some room in my cabin #157. I say MAY because if I can find a lady to prance around the cabin sans clothing, then there will be NO room

But then I reminded her about your heart condition, and as a nurse she just couldn't take the chance of exciting you like that, she would never forgive herself if you had another heart attack on her account. This is my vacation and I aint gonna work unless I have to, and your Not getin mouth to mouth from me
